I strongly encourage everyone to reconcile your credit card payments, as we are continuing to experience significant issues with duplicate payments. We have been waiting for a response and resolution since last week and have received absolutely no communication or updates.

This is extremely concerning, and I hope everyone is checking their payment records carefully until these issues are addressed.
