Declined Autopay & Expiring Credit Card - Auto Email & Auto Note
Our Agency manually sends out emails and note each account for all expiring credit cards and declined autopay items. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to have this automated. Please reach out if more details are needed.

Audit Trail
To provide a more in-depth audit report. For example, we would like to know who changed or deleted the phone number or email address, or who edited to usage rate. Currently the audit report only shows who viewed the account and not any changes that a specific user made.

Please lengthen time or eliminate the timing out on Service Orders, they time out too quickly!
Often while working on Service Orders, they time out too quickly and we have to start over after having entered lots of information that then disappears. It is very frustrating as we are a small operation stretched thin not a lot of time to waste re-doing our work. Is there any way to significantly lengthen the time we can be in a service order before it times out or can we eliminate them timing out altogether? Thanks!

Adjust Bill
Include a reference tab when processing “Adjust bill”. This will allow for comments to be entered to clearly specify the reason why we are adjusting a specific charge/month. The feature to enter comments is available when selecting “Adjust”.

2023 User Summit-Limit dates on expiring credit cards

I started it running with these parameters. It took 3 minutes to run and returned the first screen below here:(pic 1)
You can see the first line expired in October 2021, the others in 2022. There are 84 entries, of which only 16 expire in November 2023. To unselect one requires 2 clicks on the check box; one to select the box, another to uncheck it. It would be great if the report only returned the ones that actually expire in November 2023 and ignore the prior months.(PIC 2)

Mass Add Wizard
If a Property Manager manages multiple properties, currently, we are having to add the contact to each account with any corresponding notes, attachments, misc fees, etc. For example, if the Property Manager managed 90 accounts, owned by different owners, it would be helpful to have some sort of Wizard Mass add function with the ability to add the accounts we would like to update and have the option of adding any of the listed items at the same time. Sort shutoff service orders by route
We do all our shutoffs in one day so we need to print service orders for the entire company but it doesn't give us an option to sort by route which would be much more helpful and efficient. We'd like to be able to sort by route when in the create service orders screen during the shutoff delinquency process

Multiple Penalties & Interest Options
The functionality allows users to create multiple penalties and interest rates, however, when going to calculate it, the system always defaults to one. It would be easier to have the multiple option so that users can use specific rates with a variety of accounts.

Approaching Bill Due Date Notification
Customers need the ability from CWP to establish bill due date reminders 5 days in advance. If this could be configurable that would be great, but a 5-day notice would be sufficient initially. These reminders may be delivered via email, text, and sms.

Filter Options For Miscellaneous Rates
Referring to Ticket 89901 (images available)
When filtering reports or any limit option by rate codes, Miscellaneous does not have the ability to choose the rates we have added to our system, instead it gives a generic "MISC or "MISCM". It would be helpful to pull reports with the ability to differentiate the different types of Misc rates rather than having to spend the time to filter the file each time we pull a report. It will be extremely helpful also when posting transactions.

Allow line breaks in message communications
When composing an email, allow line breaks between the message's paragraphs, like they appear when sending out messages through the Customer Contact Wizard. As it is right now, no matter how you format the message, it is delivered as one paragraph. See attached example.

Be able to change default on Customer
Instead of the default being only Account number, be able to change the default to whatever you need. Like we dont look up by parcel or account numbers we do it by address.

2023 User Summit-Code Filters
- As for the code filters the only thing I was mentioning as of now is that in Code filters on the Services and Rates tab, you can only Add services and rates. You can't Include or Exclude like you can on other tabs for Customer and Locations.

2023 User Summit-Security Overhaul
- Currently in setting up security roles there is a large majority of UMS that can be delegated as far as being able to view vs edit vs delete and such. But currently there are a VAST amount of small functions that only the role of an Administrator has the ability to manipulate, even if the function is only to view a certain section of the control panel. Payment Station
To have a clear separation of the past, current, and total due in the payment station. In UMS it only has the past due and the total due, so the cashier must manually calculate to provide the customer with the current due. Kindly note recommended breakdown below.

It would be helpful to show a running total of how much is owed for each month of the payment agreement. And if a customer pays partial, how much is left to pay.
