How can we improve UMS?

IVR Voice

We would like to suggest having the ability to select an alternate voice for the IVR system. We find that a lot of our customer will not listen to a ROBO call. If we could have a voice that sounded like an actual person, they would be more apt to listen to the recorded message.

    We have started recommending our customers to save our IVR calls to their list of contacts, so they don't miss our important calls and reminders.

    I personally find it a litte bit more helpful when I hear a voice that doesn't sound like a robo call. I'm willing to listen a little more

    We would love for you to allow us to record and send a message in our own voice for a robo-call instead of the computer generated one.
