IVR Voice
We would like to suggest having the ability to select an alternate voice for the IVR system. We find that a lot of our customer will not listen to a ROBO call. If we could have a voice that sounded like an actual person, they would be more apt to listen to the recorded message.

 commentedI personally find it a litte bit more helpful when I hear a voice that doesn't sound like a robo call. I'm willing to listen a little more
