IVR Voice
We would like to suggest having the ability to select an alternate voice for the IVR system. We find that a lot of our customer will not listen to a ROBO call. If we could have a voice that sounded like an actual person, they would be more apt to listen to the recorded message.

I personally find it a litte bit more helpful when I hear a voice that doesn't sound like a robo call. I'm willing to listen a little more

We would love for you to allow us to record and send a message in our own voice for a robo-call instead of the computer generated one.
