One click to print receipt
Printing a physical receipt requires an unnecessary amount of clicks compared to CBSW. The expected behavior is to click print and have it print at the receipt printer as that is their dedicated printer. Instead, I am taken to a print preview screen, I have to select the correct printer, and hit print. Perhaps the ability to assign default printers to specific reports would be a way to add this functionality while also allowing other users the option to utilize it or not.

Viewing Past Due Balances for Accounts with Multiple Locations
We would like to see the past due balances total up somewhere. We have customers with many locations and to have to total them outside of the program just seems to not be very helpful and takes longer to post a payment. Trying to save time and work easier not harder.

Email History on Customer Account
When sending an email through the customers account it is not keeping the history of that email on the customers account. It is putting it in the MASS communications section. All emails sent should show up on customers accounts, and the actual email should be there, not just a notice that says one was sent.

PRINT UPDATED BILL
there needs to be away to print updated bills. If a customer has made a payment on a bill that has a remaining balance there should be away to print an updated bill showing the payment and new balance. Also, if we have to make an adjustment on an account there should be away to print an updated bill after an adjustment has been made. We could print updated bill in CBSW after payments or adjustments have been made. Would really love for this to be added to UB4.

Assigning Field Operators to Service Orders
We need to be able assign a field operator to a service order without having to create and pay for additional users that do not utilize the mobile service order program. In our situation, the field operators do not access the mobile service order program nor the billing program. We need the ability to assign operators to service orders for our records. We were able to do this with CBSW by assigning the work order to a "worker code", new user creation was not necessary.

Portal Template Messages
We received an email from a customer stating that she received an email when we updated/changed her mailing address. So making the simplest of changes like spelling out DRIVE would generate an email. I understand that this function was set up for transparency but it causes confusion for the customer and generates unnecessary phones calls or emails from the customer. It would be nice if each template had an on/off function added to it.

Scroll instead of pages
Replace pages with scrolling for things like review calculations, devices, and so on.

When applying shut off fees add it to the "past due" amounts.
When applying shut off fees the charges need to be added to the past due amounts at the top of the screen or have a line item just for "shut off fees". The customer will call and want to know what they need to pay to get reconnected and we have to manually add the past due fee and then scroll down and add the shutoff fee together to give them their total.

Amount Due in Search Results
We need when you go into account search to be able to see the $ amount due on the screen that comes up and
not have to hit the drop down arrow to find the amount. We have several landlords with multiple accounts and
they come in and want to know what total due is. It is taking us several minutes on landlord accounts with several accounts to find the total due. I would like to see the $ amount next to current.4 votes -

Preview before posting bills
It would be so much better to preview the bills before post and create. This will cut down on error billing and billing date errors.

UB4 already supports Customer Contact Wizard for targeted communication campaigns, including multi-channel messaging (Email, SMS, & IVR notifications). However, the current targeting relies on filters like service cycles, routes, and custom User Code criteria—not direct account imports. AUTO PAY WITHDRAW ON FINAL & WAITING STATUS
Would like for all customers regardless of status to be pulled into auto pay for ACH or Credit card. Rental properties/landlord accounts generate adjustments and final bill customers do not pull to withdraw final billing statements. Over 1/2 of accounts that are final bill have to be moved back into a 'current status' in order to run auto pay to pull final bill balance.

IVR & Bill Pay Payments Splits Between Locations
When customer that has multiple locations under 1 account number makes a payment for a certain location, it will split the payment & apply to each location, can you fix it to where they can decide which location it will go to??

MOVE TRANSACTIONS
In CBSW we could move partial payments from one location or account to another under misc transactions, in UB4 we have to move all of it, could you make it to where we can move partial payments?

batch management numbers and amounts
on the batch management screen, there are two boxes for the total and the number of transactions, but those boxes never generate data. You have to open the details to see what is in that batch. It would be great if it would populate as entries are put into a batch or at the very minimum when the batch is posted.

Edit of unposted payment on account screen - doesn't let you change from cash to check
I went to edit an unposted payment. Wanted to change it from CASH to CHECK. Even though it gives you the option when you click on the black drop down arrow to switch it from cash to check, it doesn’t let you save it. You must delete the unposted payment and repost it.
My suggestion it..... Since the black drop down arrow is already there and you CAN switch it back and forth from cash to check, Why not allow you to just SAVE it. Why is the black drop down arrow even there if you can't do it?

Scroll through Review Calculations and see history and notes
It would be better if you could scroll through review calculations instead of going through 100+ pages. I have over 100 pages to review and it is hard to pick up on error. Also when clicking on an account you can access the history and notes for the account.
