    A copy of the billing statement needs to be attached to the e-bill like it was in CBSW so the customer can just click on it so it opens up. Now in UB4 it is not attached to the e-bill and it instructs a customer to go to their web portal to view statement. I have a bunch of people who requested the e-bill's but do not have a web portal account. They requested e-bills mainly because of issues with the mail.   2. would like less clicks of tab button on the payment screen after entering check number

    After you enter the check number on the payment screen and hit TAB, it would be nice if it would go directly to the green PAY button to post the payment. Instead you have hit the tab button 4 times just to get to the green PAY button.
    Suggestion: What would be really nice is, after you enter the check number you can just hit the enter button on the key board and than it would take you to the green PAY button and you can hit the enter button again. For me that would make it a smoother flow.

  3. Payment screen-after posting a payment-cursor should automatically go the the OMNISEACH field.

    On the payment screen, when you click on the green pay button to submit a payment at the bottom right of the screen, it should then automatically put the cursor in the OmniSearch field so you can type the next account number.

  4. Prenote Transactions

    When processing a prenote transaction for autopayments, we need the ability to see the accounts that are being processed like it was in CBSW. With it being a $0 transaction, nothing is showing on the screen when you process and often times we need to delete a record before it goes to the bank. We also printed the report to have on file to show that the prenote transaction was run and we cannot do this with it not showing up in UB4.

  5. Add Expand All option on the Notes Tab

    The idea is to add an "Expand All" option on the notes tab within the utility billing system.     Currently if you're on the payment screen for a particular account and for some reason if you need to go to their account screen there needs to be a button to click on to take you directly there. Right now there isn't. You have to search it which takes extra steps.

    Having an option to take you right to their account screen would be huge!!

  8. on payment screen: would like CHECK to prefill instead of cash

    9 times out of 10 I'm posting a check payment vs a cash payment. It would save time if CHECK would prefill instead of CASH. Since most of the payments are checks, each time it takes 2 extra clicks to change it to check. Or could you make it that you only have to do one click to change the payment method.
    right now you have to click the down arrow to change the payment method and then have to click on the method.

  9. Web portal account- It should state if a customer is signed up for autopay.

    If a customer signed up for Autopay it should state that in their web portal account.
    I had a few customers who were unsure if they were set up for autopay and they logged into their web portal account to check but it doesn't state if the customer is signed up or not.

  10. Have reports list the total of the columns/categories

    Currently in certain reports, like the Rate Study Report, the dollar totals are not calculated and displayed at the end of the report so we have to either manually add them up, or export it into CSV to total them. It would be nice if the total for all categories in a report showed as the final line in the report.

  12. need someway to verify an e-bill didn't get kicked back for some reason

    Mass e-bills are now being sent from a no-replay email. Now I have NO WAY to see if an e-bill got kicked back for some reason. In CBSW the e-bill were sent from our company's email and I got notification if one got kicked back. Plus I also could see all the e-bills that were sent in the sent file.
    Please create some way to see this besides just a note in the Notes tab. I have a bunch a customers who said they didn't get the e-bill and I can't confirm. Right now I'm just going to have to…

    When posting a payment or even looking at a customer account it would be handy if their locations came up like they did in CBSW for customers who have multiple addresses attached to one account number. This way we can just type in their account number it will pull up their locations in one screen. When posting if the customer has multiple addresses you have to be sure have the service ID number, because you have to manually type that in before you go any further.   18. Automatic email generated to customer if change made on their account

    When a change, like an address change, is made on an account where that customer is signed up for the web portal, an email is automictically generated to them. in the body of the email that is sent to the customer there is a box in the upper left hand corner that has nothing in it. It says click on the "x" to see image. It would be nice if the box could be removed all together or if maybe our company logo can go in it.

  20. Payment Screen - make customers name in Bold

    on the payment screen can you make the customers name in BOLD.

    Since the customers name on is the opposite side on the payment screen and the amount due, by having it in BOLD will make it jump out at you.
