Emergency Contact List - Limit search
Currently the emergency contact list only allows you to search by street. Having the ability to narrow that search down to a certain range of house numbers (ex: 2010 - 2026) would be helpful because the notification would only be sent to the affected customers instead of the entire street.

Allowing us to import a data file such as .csv with a common field such as account ID or service ID to generate a contact list would be an incredible help in customizing specific lists for different emergencies

Hi, this is a great suggestion—thank you! We're actively exploring ways to improve how communications can be better targeted. One enhancement we're planning is a geo-fencing tool that would allow utilities using ESRI ArcGIS Online maps to pinpoint affected locations using map layers. We recognize that not all utilities use strictly numeric addresses, so we're working creatively to design a flexible solution that accommodates various address formats. There is no single national standard, and numbering systems vary widely by municipality.

Emergency Contact list only allows you to send a notification to an entire street. We should be allowed to narrow the notification to a specific block or number of houses. It is a nuisance to customers receiving calls when they are not actually affected by the emergency.
