This is a great idea. Let's explore it further. Our current CWP 2.0 allows for "Email and SMS" campaigns, enabling customers to confirm or update account information. Do you envision applying a similar process for updating customer mailing addresses? You could set a campaign date range and prompt users during login, aligning with your billing cycles.
In addition to verifying mailing addresses, are you considering prompting customers to update their communication preferences (email, print, robo, SMS)?
If you'd like to enable these existing features, please contact techsupport@cusi.com for assistance.

I wish the email builder had more items in it such as creating buttons and tables, or allowing HTML email structures to be consumed and saved as a template. That way we could have our own, customized template that fits our expectations, and our campaigns.

@Janet - Is this a standard policy for your organization? We would need to find a middle ground to try and accomdate this type of request to cover the variations we see among clients. We do offer a Company option now that Restricts all payments on Shutoff Status accounts. It forces the account holder to come into the office to pay. It requires the CSR to manually remove the block prior to accepting payment.
In response to Agnes, I think we could accomplish preventing a payment type on the exact day of disconnect, but restricting beyond that exact day could be difficult.
