  1. Notes should sort by date not note level.

    On the NOTES tab. Notes should be in date order with the newest note at the top. It shouldn't be by Note Level order. With the current set up, after a while when there are a lot of notes entered in, you are going to have to take extra time to go through the pages to find the newest note in a certain note level.

    This item has been formally accepted and is currently in active development. We are targeting its inclusion in an upcoming release and will provide further updates as progress continues.

  2. Web portal account- It should state if a customer is signed up for autopay.

    If a customer signed up for Autopay it should state that in their web portal account.
    I had a few customers who were unsure if they were set up for autopay and they logged into their web portal account to check but it doesn't state if the customer is signed up or not.

  3. Add google map balloon that was in CBSW customer tab to the Account screen in UB4

    Please add the google map balloon that was in the customer tab in CBSW to the account screen in UB4.
    I used this a lot in CBSW and miss not having it.
