  1. Web portal account- It should state if a customer is signed up for autopay.

    If a customer signed up for Autopay it should state that in their web portal account.
    I had a few customers who were unsure if they were set up for autopay and they logged into their web portal account to check but it doesn't state if the customer is signed up or not.

  2. when on the payment screen, need to be able to go directly to the customers account without having to search it again.

    Currently if you're on the payment screen for a particular account and for some reason if you need to go to their account screen there needs to be a button to click on to take you directly there. Right now there isn't. You have to search it which takes extra steps.

    Having an option to take you right to their account screen would be huge!!
