Ability to change the phone type without having to delete and re-add the number.
It would be a lot more convenient to be able to modify a phone number type from say home to cell instead of having to delete it and then re-enter it. The way it works not leaves room for error having to delete and then re-add the number just to change the type.3 votes -
Export Reports in 'Prepare Meter Reads'
In UMS, in Reporting we have the capability to export to a CSV but when we go to Billing > Meter Reads > Prepare Meter Reads we're able to find the Meter Reads report, route sheet, and meter exceptions, however we don't have the capability to export these reports like we could for a customer list for example. For those meter reports I'm referring to we have to export from the print preview, but It would be a great enhancement request to export those reports from UMS.

External service order columns list
I think the External Service orders should have different columns then what are provided. We are using Elements for external service orders and so the Service Order No. should be replaced with the Task No. Also, the Scheduled End and Actual Start dates are the least important dates and should be replaced with the Problem and Resolution fields so that there is immediate access to what happened in the field instead of having to open the task itself.

Bad debt maximum past due balance
When running the Bad Debt Process, we do not want accounts that have over $10 balance to calculate. It would be handy to be able to put in a Maximum Past Due Balance field similar to the minimum so we do not calculate for accounts that owe over $10.
We would like a field on the adjustment process screen as well to only take off credits under $10 or on the Open Balance Report let us enter an amount.

Add more than one email to the customer tab
Would like to be able to add more than one email in the customer tab so multiple people in one company can receive e-bills, past due notices etc.

Leak Usage
When meter readings are brought in, we have tons of customers we would like to notify that they have a leak. We were given instructions how to send a mass email to all those customers; however, the email notifications don't have the ability to tell the customer how many gallons have been used. We've been told by Tech Support there is no programming to do that. We can wait another week and a half before we notify the customers they have a leak...big or small. When the customer gets that general email about a leak, the phone start ringing off…

Location drop down at a glance screen
under the location drop down, could you add a start and end date for each occupant. It would be helpful to have this information on one screen.

Add Customer Balance as a merge field option
So when sending letters, notices, etc to customers, you can send one to the customer with total balance for all locations under that customer. Will save time and money and be more streamline and convenient.

Larger font size in windows and in printout reports
On the Account Control Panel window, it is possible to increase the size of the window, and therefore the font, of the window. This is very nice and we just discovered it was possible.
Would like for this to be possible for all windows and also for printed reports. Some of the printed reports are very small font and very hard to read.1 vote -

Arrow key for Gateway Reconciliation dates
Hello!
if it would be possible to add arrow keys forward/back for the date selection on the gateway reconciliation that would be an amazing quality of life update so that we could just go next day, instead of clicking each day twice it would help a lot especially when we have to go through whole months day by day.1 vote -

Add what limit options were used on the delinquency process that triggered the Communication Results report.

Consolidated bills
The ability to email a consolidated to the master account only. We were told that consolidated bills have to be printed and physically mailed. Our consolidated customer received their bills via email. The idea of a consolidated bill is good but there's room for much inprovement.

Payment Reminder Emails
The ability to send payment reminder emails in advance of the payment. For people on arrangements this notice would contain the due date and payment amount. For auto-pay accounts, this notice would contain the amount to be drafted, the date of the draft, and the last 4 of the account number to be drafted.

Request for Additional Fillable Fields on Online Service Order Form
Has your service tech. ever opened up a meter changeout work order but was not able to enter the serial numbers for the new meter and/or transmitter in pre-designated fields? Line items for this information can be seen on a printed service order, but there are no field "prompts" for entering this information on an online service order. See below. Please vote for this time-saving, accuracy promoting, environmentally conscious (just say "no" to paper waste) improvement. Thank you!

Transfer Individual Charges
Would like to have the ability to transfer individual charges rather than only having the option to transfer an entire balance. It would be cleaner than to have to adjust the charge off one account to then have to perform a miscellaneous charge to another.
