Add Alert to Clear Readings before Model Changes
Add an alert/error message in UMS >> Manage Installations. When a user is editing an inventory item to "Change Model" on the device if unbilled meter readings/usage exist the users will not see all models available in UMS. It would be helpful to have an alert displayed instructing the user to CLEAR ALL readings from the meter to see available models.

multiple autopay options for the customer
A customer should be able to determine if they want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly autopays drafted either for the full bill amount or partial bill amount. It would work wonders for collections if they had an autopay option that aligned with the customers' needs. Right now we control the draft and the only clean way to do it is to offer once per month. Using location codes is not a clean way to do this. It should be controlled by the customer from the payment portal and less of a manual process on our end.

Add in the ability to search by route or sequence number while using mobile service orders.
Having the ability to search by route or sequence number while using the mobile service orders/app will allow Field Techs to instantly identify which customers will be affected by water outage in the field. This will expedite the notification process from the field and office.

2023 User Summit-Payment arrangements-show amount owed
It would be helpful to show a running total of how much is owed for each month of the payment agreement. And if a customer pays partial, how much is left to pay.

2023 User Summit-Refund with no credit balance
This is what she wants: “I wanted to be able to cut a check to them if they did not have a credit balance and did not mean to pay. “ According to Matt, just doing a transaction reversal won’t allow you to do that. There are a number of transactions that have to happen, which is ludicrous, to be able to cut a check back to a customer. If you could AT LEAST get that process for me from them, they can use that in the interim until they find a better way to do that.

2023 User Summit-Limit dates on expiring credit cards

I started it running with these parameters. It took 3 minutes to run and returned the first screen below here:(pic 1)
You can see the first line expired in October 2021, the others in 2022. There are 84 entries, of which only 16 expire in November 2023. To unselect one requires 2 clicks on the check box; one to select the box, another to uncheck it. It would be great if the report only returned the ones that actually expire in November 2023 and ignore the prior months.(PIC 2)

2023 User Summit- Final Billing
Yes, I am not thrilled with how we are working final billing. I have my steps listed below for a Read In/Read Out example. If there is a better way that can be shared, that would be great! We may be doing it wrong. However, the main point I brought up is the user generated date driven refund list that could be incorrect. Just recently, a utility billing representative sent me a UMS Refund List Report that only included cycle 3 billing instead of all the final billing. 2023 User Summit-Code Filters
- As for the code filters the only thing I was mentioning as of now is that in Code filters on the Services and Rates tab, you can only Add services and rates. You can't Include or Exclude like you can on other tabs for Customer and Locations.

2023 User Summit-Security Overhaul
- Currently in setting up security roles there is a large majority of UMS that can be delegated as far as being able to view vs edit vs delete and such. But currently there are a VAST amount of small functions that only the role of an Administrator has the ability to manipulate, even if the function is only to view a certain section of the control panel. 2023 User Summit-Move Ins-Move Outs Large Accounts
We are trying to use a feature in UMS for a customer having multiple Locations. In this case, it is a home builder. Normally this feature works fine but with this home builder account it currently has 437 locations attached to 1 customer account. When moving out a location from the home builder account it takes minutes for the process to complete. And because of how large the builder is its never just 1 move out. 2023 User Summit-Duplicate Robo Calls
What we need:
the RoboCall occurring from the Penalty Report gives no visual indicator to the end user that a RoboCall is going out. It would be much better if there were a Send, Export, AND RoboCall button so the end user could control the communication. Or at the least an indicator of some type letting the user know a RoboCall went out.Below is a lot more detailed information.

Being able to print a zip code total after printing delinquency notices
After we print delinquency notices we have to go through and manually count each notice to get the total amount of zip codes that are being sent out to be presorted for the post office.

Reporting Shut Offs by assignment date?
Is it possible to generate a list of customers who’s Account status on the Customer tab on the Account Control Panel is defined as “Shut off.” Additionally, if this report can be generated, can it tell us when the status was changed? The “Date Status Assigned” appears to the right of the dropdown box pertaining to Account status but I was wondering if this could be reproduced in the report I’m looking for.

Sort shutoff service orders by route
We do all our shutoffs in one day so we need to print service orders for the entire company but it doesn't give us an option to sort by route which would be much more helpful and efficient. We'd like to be able to sort by route when in the create service orders screen during the shutoff delinquency process

Multiple Penalties & Interest Options
The functionality allows users to create multiple penalties and interest rates, however, when going to calculate it, the system always defaults to one. It would be easier to have the multiple option so that users can use specific rates with a variety of accounts.

Consumption Charges Based on Meter Usage, Not Total Account Usage
Consumption allowances need to be associated with the meters and not the total usage on the account. If an account has a consumption allowance of 3,000 g, but has 2 meters, it should not now have an overall allowance of 6,000 g. Consumption charges should apply to any usage at each meter that exceeds 3,000 g.

Community Revenue Class Limitations.
