Payment Time Stamp on Customer Payment History Report
Tracking of manual entry payment times and have the times reflected on the Customer Payment History report. Presently, the report shows 12:00 AM for all payments, which is inaccurate. CBSW tracked the Processed and Closed Dates and Times in Transaction Details.

Ability to Split Imported Payments from Gateway
We had a customer make a payment through the CWP. When they paid on the CWP, they paid on (2) locations with the same customer number by making (1) payment. This payment got "stuck" in Gateway and needed to be imported to the customers account(s). Gateway does not give the option to split the imported payment across the (2) locations. If the customer was able to select the (2) locations on the CWP to split the payment, it would be nice to have the option to split the payment when importing from Gateway. Robo Calls going to more than one telephone number, have more than one primary telephone number.

Color Coding
The ability to color code accounts. For example, in our old billing system we would be able to mark attributes for an account and some of those attributes were the color codes. See first picture. Different colors meant different things to us here in the office. For example, we had a specific color for tenants and landlords, so that when we were speaking with a customer and pulled up their account we would see the color block and know that we were speaking with a tenant and wouldn't have to search for that information. See second picture.

Delinquency Notice
When creating our IVR call for delinquency notices, we have the option for IVR and SMS Text. It would be nice to have the option to send emails as well.

Service Orders: add "Open Comments" text to list views within service orders
Add "Open Comments" that can be created with service orders to the list view so that operators do not have to open each service order and can quickly view comments in the list views.

Add Merge Field for Community Phone Number
On behalf of: Del Oro
Please add a merge field for Community Phone Number - for use in Message Templates, etc.
The current alternative is to maintain duplicates of each template for each Community, with Community info inserted statically, which is not feasible for 23 Communities.
Merge Field parity between Company and Community would be ideal, but Community Phone Number is currently the most pressing omission.

Customer Contact Wizard Impovements
(1.) It would be very helpful to see the service address listed in the Customer Contact Wizard as well customer number. Neither of these are included presently. Location number is there, which is very helpful, but when we need to eliminate groups of customers, we do not have associated service addresses memorized and so cannot tell who to eliminate and keep. Why make extra work when we have this awesome, powerful database with all of this information in it? We do not personally need "Linked Account number," but perhaps others do.

budget
I would like to have an "As Of" report that would show how much a customer or range of customers are either ahead or behind on their Budget Billing plan. I know it can be seen on an individual customer's account history, but for our audit we would like to see totals so that we can come to a Deferred/Unearned Revenue balance. If it ever were to come a day to close the business, how do we know how much is owed or due from customers?

Customers on ACH and on Payment Arrangement
It would be helpful if the Auto Draft would be able to pull the arrangement amount which includes the current amount due. Right now, a customer needs to either remove their Auto Draft information or we must go in and manually (remember to) change the amount that should be drafted each month. See the attachment. There also needs to be a way for there to be a one-time payment, like the $100.00 only, in the arrangement since they must pay something.
Example:
If the bill was $600.00 due 12/15, and their arraignment was that they would

Street number sorting in searches
I would love to see the street numbers (house/ address number part of address) in street address sort numerically as in 1,2,3,..10,11,12,..21,22,23...30,31...100,101, etc. instead of 1,10,100,...2,20,200,2001,21,22, etc. so that we can see true order of addresses when searching. Thank you! :)

Add Alert to Clear Readings before Model Changes
Add an alert/error message in UMS >> Manage Installations. When a user is editing an inventory item to "Change Model" on the device if unbilled meter readings/usage exist the users will not see all models available in UMS. It would be helpful to have an alert displayed instructing the user to CLEAR ALL readings from the meter to see available models.

multiple autopay options for the customer
A customer should be able to determine if they want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly autopays drafted either for the full bill amount or partial bill amount. It would work wonders for collections if they had an autopay option that aligned with the customers' needs. Right now we control the draft and the only clean way to do it is to offer once per month. Using location codes is not a clean way to do this. It should be controlled by the customer from the payment portal and less of a manual process on our end.

It would be helpful to show a running total of how much is owed for each month of the payment agreement. And if a customer pays partial, how much is left to pay.

2023 User Summit-Limit dates on expiring credit cards

I started it running with these parameters. It took 3 minutes to run and returned the first screen below here:(pic 1)
You can see the first line expired in October 2021, the others in 2022. There are 84 entries, of which only 16 expire in November 2023. To unselect one requires 2 clicks on the check box; one to select the box, another to uncheck it. It would be great if the report only returned the ones that actually expire in November 2023 and ignore the prior months.(PIC 2)

2023 User Summit-Code Filters
Rate Code List - As for the code filters the only thing I was mentioning as of now is that in Code filters on the Services and Rates tab, you can only Add services and rates. You can't Include or Exclude like you can on other tabs for Customer and Locations.

2023 User Summit-Security Overhaul
- Currently in setting up security roles there is a large majority of UMS that can be delegated as far as being able to view vs edit vs delete and such. But currently there are a VAST amount of small functions that only the role of an Administrator has the ability to manipulate, even if the function is only to view a certain section of the control panel.
