Rework Disallowed Payment Methods
We have a customer we would like to disallow online credit card and online check payments for. However, after check marking those methods in the attached screen, the customers is still able to make payments using those payment methods online. It does not keep the customer from being able to make their payment. It only leaves the payment "stuck in Gateway." And then our office either has to refund or import the payment and notify the customer. If the customer attempts to make a disallowed payment, they should receive an error message stating so, and to contact our office.
We are pleased to inform you that the requested software enhancement has been successfully completed.
The enhancement ensures that when a customer is designated to disallow online credit card and online check payments, the system will now prevent those payment methods from being processed online, rather than the payment being processed and left “stuck in Gateway.”
This update resolves the previous issue where disallowed payment attempts were still processed and required manual intervention.

Function for disallowed payments by location instead of by customer (or if we could do customer and/or location). For example a landlord has mulitple locations, but only one location is not allowed to pay by check. Also an expriation date for each disallowed payment type.
