    To provide a more in-depth audit report. For example, we would like to know who changed or deleted the phone number or email address, or who edited to usage rate. Currently the audit report only shows who viewed the account and not any changes that a specific user made.

  2. Mass Add Wizard

    If a Property Manager manages multiple properties, currently, we are having to add the contact to each account with any corresponding notes, attachments, misc fees, etc. For example, if the Property Manager managed 90 accounts, owned by different owners, it would be helpful to have some sort of Wizard Mass add function with the ability to add the accounts we would like to update and have the option of adding any of the listed items at the same time.   3. Be able to change default on Customer

    Instead of the default being only Account number, be able to change the default to whatever you need. Like we dont look up by parcel or account numbers we do it by address.

  4. UMS Client Display Resolution Scaling

    We would like to see a change implemented in the UMS client to prevent the need for manual PC changes for each user with a High DPI monitor.

    There is a workaround for the UMS Client not rendering properly when the user’s scaling is set to a high number. We have a user with a 1440p monitor and scaling at 250%.   5. Service Orders: Automatically select the Meter

    Creating based on User Conference feedback:

    When creating a service order, and the location has a meter associated with it, we would like to see the Meter automatically selected instead of having to manually do it on every service order. As part of our business process, we always select the meter on every service order. It would save time and generate efficiency.

  7. Payment Arrangement Report

    In UMS a report is needed to show the arrangement balance per account. The report should have the following data elements:

    Account No
    Location No
    Account Name
    Location Address
    Arrangement Number
    Arrangement Status
    Arrangement Frequency
    Arrangement Starting Amount
    Arrangement Current Balance Due (if any)
    Arrangement "Pay Off" Balance

    When running the report, you should have options to limit to all arrangments, unpaid arrangments, and broken arrangments.

  8. Consumption History Top 10 Users

    National User Conference Request: Need the ability to run the Consumption History report and pull the top 10 users for the period. This should be the overall top 10 users (sum of the time period) and not per billing.

  9. Allow future date entry on Miscellaneous Charges

    Allow Miscellaneous Charges to be dated in the future. Currently, you can only date miscellaneous charges with the current date. We are able to date miscellaneous charges in the future during the move-in process, but unable to future date if Misc Fee is selected.

  11. Update the Counter when a transaction is reversed.

    Update the Counter when a transaction is reversed. For example, a Late Fee is added and the Late Charges in the last 12 months updates to 1. The transaction is reversed but the counter stays at 1. Update logic to update counter to 0.

  15. Location ID Sort in Billing

    During billing, you can't sort the Meter Exceptions by Location ID order. I would have to export report and sort, then disseminate to field for rereads. Instead, I am running them from Reporting Tab, Meter Exceptions. Logically, everything you need for billings, should be accessible through the billing tab. Trying to explain why we use the dates we do for the UNREAD list in Reporting = a 'does not compute Will Robinson' issue. Thank you
