2023 User Summit-Security Overhaul
- Currently in setting up security roles there is a large majority of UMS that can be delegated as far as being able to view vs edit vs delete and such. But currently there are a VAST amount of small functions that only the role of an Administrator has the ability to manipulate, even if the function is only to view a certain section of the control panel. I would love to have some of these small functions but able to be delegated in security roles. Ill give an example. On a customer account if you want a CSR to be able to go to a charge on the history tab and click on the charge for the month to see what makes up that charge (treatment, tax, contract) they are not allowed to. Only the Administrator role has that ability. There are multiple functions like this that could potentially be broken out to apply permissions to.
