Location drop down at a glance screen
under the location drop down, could you add a start and end date for each occupant. It would be helpful to have this information on one screen.

After reviewing your request, we’ve determined that the current functionality aligns with the intended design of UMS. The Location field is a flexible, free-form description field that allows utilities to add context-specific details for easier account identification.
This design provides maximum flexibility for utilities to define what is most useful for their operations, such as:
- “Fountain Meter”
- “On Date: 08/01/2025”
- "Owner/Tenant Service"
- “North Pump Station #XYZ"
Changing this behavior could limit that flexibility and impact existing workflows for other clients.

YESSSSSS! I was just coming in here to add the very same thing! Would be so helpful to see final date for final accounts and possibly on date for current, so, for instance, can tell which final bill is most likely being paid off rather go through each individual to see which applies to out of all of the places they've been.

Could you change the empty location column to reflect a transaction date and add a column to indicate Owner, Management company or tenant; making this screen more useful. We shouldn't have to search multiple screens and work arounds to find the information we need.

An "as of" field would be brilliant. I would like to have it next to phone numbers and email addresses. This way when you are on a call you can see how old it is and take the time to confirm it.

The location column on this screen is a wasted field. Please make it a date field reflecting when a transfer or final were done.
