Update filtering in the Gateway Reconciliation
I’m writing to share feedback regarding the payment type filter feature (eCheck vs. credit card payments) within your Gateway Reconciliation tool.
Currently, while the option to filter by payment type is available, the filter does not function as expected. Because this feature is presented as part of the service we pay for, it would be extremely helpful for it to work accurately and consistently.
Having a reliable payment type filter would benefit not just our organization, but many of your customers. For example:
It would allow reports and totals to reflect actual payment types, rather than a combined total of eCheck and credit card payments.
It would improve financial reconciliation and auditing accuracy.
It would save time by reducing the need for manual sorting or exporting data to external tools.
It would provide clearer insights into payment trends and customer preferences.
These are common operational needs for billing and accounting teams, and a functioning filter would add meaningful value to the platform overall.
I understand that product improvements are often prioritized based on customer demand, so I wanted to ask for consideration of a fix or enhancement. I believe this is a feature many customers rely on and would appreciate working as intended.
