Currently, only Admin Users have access to the Payment Services Dashboard within UMS > Payment > Payment Services Dashboard. Non-Admin Users can access the Dashboard through the Customer Web Portal, so it does not make sense that they cannot use this same function within the billing program. Please change this so Non-Admin Users have access. Having access to the Dashboard within UMS will allow the billing clerks to troubleshoot customer payment issues more efficiently.
