Customers should not be able to make changes to their Auto-Draft on the CWP within a fixed number of days of the next scheduled auto-draft payment. If the auto-draft file has been created the customer's change would not be caught, and the customer might think their change would be effective immediately, resulting in angry customers and additional work for staff.
