  1. Sort Prior Date in Billing Enter Reads

    While reviewing reads, the Prior Date column should have the option to sort by date. Some prior dates don't appear as a "Date Exception"

  3. PRINT USAGE HISTORY

    Have the ability to print customer usage history from the account screen. Currently only have ability to see graph to print or run a consumption report for that customer. seems like a lot of functionality in the account screen was lost when we went to ub4

  4. remove meter models and read types not used

    remove meter models and read types my company will never use. this creates too much room for error when processing change outs or installing new devices. seems like we should be able to customize ub4 this way for each company

  5. Account History Filter

    Customer Payments should allow you to click on each one to provide detailed information like it does without the filter, add charges as an option in the filter, and usage in the account history as a column.

  7. ADD SITUATION CODE ON METER READ REPORT

    Would like to see the Situation code field when entering/preparing meter manual reads on the report. The field does not appear as a column on the report . Data/column available for entry but does not appear anywhere on any of the reports. Would like to run report to get data or a list that need verify reading status, generate work order, or add notes back to customer account.

  8. AUTO PAY WITHDRAW ON FINAL & WAITING STATUS

    Would like for all customers regardless of status to be pulled into auto pay for ACH or Credit card. Rental properties/landlord accounts generate adjustments and final bill customers do not pull to withdraw final billing statements. Over 1/2 of accounts that are final bill have to be moved back into a 'current status' in order to run auto pay to pull final bill balance.

  10. Scroll through Review Calculations and see history and notes

    It would be better if you could scroll through review calculations instead of going through 100+ pages. I have over 100 pages to review and it is hard to pick up on error. Also when clicking on an account you can access the history and notes for the account.

  11. Add Business to Customer Contacts, and Location Contacts

    Contact Type should give you a drop down for Government, Business, Individual, Non Profit and Profit and generate Organization Name field. Some of our Location Contacts are business and right now we have to split the name and Customer Type should add Business as an option as well and generate Organization Name field.

  13. Process Delinquencies

    When processing delinquencies, it would be nice to be able to export an excel spreadsheet like we did in CBSW. We had the option to "export grid contents to CSV." We used this a lot when reviewing delinquencies balances and making sure everything was posted. Now, we have to print the register report in UB4 and can take hours to compare our lists to make sure everything is being posted. Also, we were previously able to print just the review transactions so there were less pages, but now it won't let you sort by location number when you print, it…

  14. One click to print receipt

    Printing a physical receipt requires an unnecessary amount of clicks compared to CBSW. The expected behavior is to click print and have it print at the receipt printer as that is their dedicated printer. Instead, I am taken to a print preview screen, I have to select the correct printer, and hit print. Perhaps the ability to assign default printers to specific reports would be a way to add this functionality while also allowing other users the option to utilize it or not.

  16. Portal Template Messages

    We received an email from a customer stating that she received an email when we updated/changed her mailing address. So making the simplest of changes like spelling out DRIVE would generate an email. I understand that this function was set up for transparency but it causes confusion for the customer and generates unnecessary phones calls or emails from the customer. It would be nice if each template had an on/off function added to it.

  17. Service Categories

    Would like to change the order of the service categories to company preference. In CBSW the service categories was Water, Sewer, and then Bay Fee. We only meter water so that should be 1st in the Location tab under Utilities

  18. Graph should be based on water usage history

    Because our company only meters water it would be better if the graph on the statement and on the UB4 account screen we should be able to pick what to show on the graph and it would be nice if when you hovered over the dots that is pops up the usage related to the dot.

    UB4 already supports Customer Contact Wizard for targeted communication campaigns, including multi-channel messaging (Email, SMS, & IVR notifications). However, the current targeting relies on filters like service cycles, routes, and custom User Code criteria—not direct account imports. This request is to propose adding the ability to import a CSV file of Account Numbers to target for Informational Messages, similar to functionality available in UMS. Utilities often need to communicate with a specific subset of customers (e.g., backflow notifications or general informational service updates) that cannot be easily filtered by existing criteria options.   20. Add Notification Options to Backflow Testing Schedule Report

    Add a notification toggle for options to send eMail/IVR/SMS notifications to the Backflow Testing Schedule Report, modeled after the Emergency Contact Report. This enhancement would enable utilities to send electronic notifications and/or reminder notifications for device testing when test are upcoming, due, or past due. This would aid in improving communication and compliance with customers.
