1. Please lengthen time or eliminate the timing out on Service Orders, they time out too quickly!

   We are working on configuring the timeout settings for Mobile Service Orders in UMS version 6.10.

   They time out too quickly. Many times we have to answer another caller and when we go back to complete the service order, it has timed out. It is Very frustrating!
