change on invoice
An invoice is sent to the customer, but if a payment is made to the account the invoice changes. The original invoice should not change because of payment to the account.

Spoke with the customer and determined that the issue was not related to the invoice changing due to a payment and determined to be a non-issue.

i agree 100%, invoices should not change, it compromises the integrity of our historic
records and the financials.
