use label Bad Debt in the place of Final
When someone is place in bad debt the account is still labeled at the top of their account as "Final". There is an icon indicating they are in bad debt but it doesn't jump out at you. It would be great if in the place of "Final" at the top if it would say "Bad Debt" and then if moved out of bad debt that would become "current" again

This work has been completed. CUSI didn’t do exactly what was requested because our user base is not very receptive to changes on a label in the account control panel, however what we did do was enhance the move in wizard so that if a customer has bad debt, UMS will notify based on matching information before completing the Account Move In Wizard so that the user can re-instate the bad debt and receive payment by the customer.
