For Service Request Manager, let it have enough fields of customer information to fill in the utilities customer service app
It would be nice if the fields the customer is populating could be used to create a form which could be created to replicate the utilities customer service app. A way for the customer to "sign" and have the app forwarded/included with the information being populated would be great.
