High Usage Automated Calls
We are starting to use the meter exceptions report for automating phone calls for customers for high usage.
If possible we would like to know if the following can be added:
-In the IVR/Email template that goes out, we would like to have the unbilled usage in the template. Letting customers know how many gallons actually are included in the high usage should field some call backs
-A note being added to the account when the calls/emails are sent with. When we send Statements a note is put on the account and this would be helpful as well when a customer calls to know why we called them in the first place
-High/Low Parameters. Ours are set to 200% greater than the last two bills. If it is a new customer, it automatically flags them as high. We would like for it not to include first bill customers
