Audit Trail
To provide a more in-depth audit report. For example, we would like to know who changed or deleted the phone number or email address, or who edited to usage rate. Currently the audit report only shows who viewed the account and not any changes that a specific user made.

This Audit Trail work has been completed and is now in UMS version 6.9.

This is exactly what we were looking to have improved! To add to this idea, it would also be helpful to know who edited/deleted any information out of the contact tab too.
