Payment Received Notification
Especially in the case of shut offs that are a promise to pay, it would be super helpful if UMS had a message pop up or an email go out to staff that a payment was posted to that account. Maybe by customer code that we turn on manually for a customer we want to watch for payments on. This would be helpful for when our team is out for shut off and someone comes out and says wait I'll go online and pay right now and the team moves on to save them for last. If we got a notification when the payment was on we could save the field team some travel time and the office team research time. We would want to be able to turn the feature on or off for individual customers.
