More complete audit trail
Currently the information available on the audit trail is limited. We would like to be able to see any change made on the account. Any change where you have to click "save" at the bottom should be logged in the audit trail. For example I am making a name change on an account and have changed the name, SSN, DL#, DOB, changed the phone number, deleted the e-mail address and added a new employer and the only thing the audit trail shows is the phone number change and the e-mail address delete. So there would be no way to see who owned the account before the change as there is no record on the account.

After reviewing your request, we’ve determined that this enhancement is not necessary because the system already provides this functionality through the Audit History Report located under History Reports. This report displays any changes made in the account control panel, including the details you mentioned.
