We have to manually go thru every single late customer (600) to see who gets an e-statement to send them a late notice (e-billed) with their amount due after penalties. We have called CUSI support and get absolutely no where with an easier or more efficient way to find the customers. May only be 50 people out of the entire list.
When you send normal notices e-bills are an option. They are NOT with penalties.
