Error report - Meter reads
This error report is useless. We cannot research the errors and fix them before billing if we do not have an account number. The record number means nothing. We need more information on this report.

It is time consuming in the worst way.
I usually screenshot the meter numbers and do an inventory search for each one.
All dialog boxes should be interactive to the location they service (history, notes, etc.)Less clicks = happy users
