  1. Upload Pictures/Media from MMRS to the billing system

    This item is on CUSI's Mobile Meter Reading System (MMRS) roadmap and was suggested for community feedback:

    Allow the meter reader to take pictures or upload media from the field, and have those items come back into the billing system as a note or attachment.

  2. MMRS Backup File Export

    We recently ran into an issue at SWUM where MMRS would not sync and 300+ reads were lost. I think a good idea would be to have an option, when the Sync button is pressed, to download a backup/data file in a .csv format to save to the device as a backup if an error occurred. There would have to be a .csv import file implemented on their UMS, but it would provide an alternative in the event of an error.

  3. High Usage: notify customers

    This item is on CUSI's Mobile Meter Reading System (MMRS) roadmap and was suggested for community feedback:

    Add the ability for MMRS to notify a customer of a High Usage variance/reading, based on the customer's communication preferences.

    This functionality should not be an MMRS feature as it is already available in UMS. This happens when readings are saved based on your communication preferences and usage variance settings for triggering high usage.
