Payment screen-after posting a payment-cursor should automatically go the the OMNISEACH field.
On the payment screen, when you click on the green pay button to submit a payment at the bottom right of the screen, it should then automatically put the cursor in the OmniSearch field so you can type the next account number.

mailing labels
on the report to print mailing labels I can code filter to get clients that are final billed, but I need a way to ONLY print labels for the ones that still have a balance due.

seasonal FIXED billing
There should be a way to modify a fixed rate in a customer account so that one customer has the ability to be billed seasonally for two different multipliers on the same fixed rates without affecting anyone else on those rates/ services. If seasonal billing was an option in the location utilities screen this would prevent us from having to remember to go in and change accounts twice a year manually, which is hard when there are MANY accounts that all have different seasons based on their business model OR going in and creating multiple rates/ services for each scenario.

address type
In the new customer window, it asks you to choose an address type. What it is really looking for is a MAILING ADDRESS. I would specify that first. Second, I would like to see home removed since the service address is the "home" in that case. I'd like to see Post Office, Landlord home, and business added.

auto payment report
offer a timeframe to choose from so we can only find out who are the newest people who have signed up for auto pay.
Or else give us a way to tell if a customer has had a prenote run on their ACH information or not once the prenote has been cleared.1 vote -
Landlord properties
When you have a landlord's account number pulled up, there is a drop down to the right on the top that lists the attached accounts, but it only lists one account number at a time. It would be great if it listed ALL the accounts that are attached to that landlord so that you can select which property you want to see.

Adjustment wizard enhancement
We would like the ability to make adjustments to multiple rates within one adjustment transaction. I may make an adjustment but adjust water, sewer, & tax all in one adjustment. Using the wizard would put those into 3 different transactions when it really could be solved in one transaction.

Usage History on UB4 and CWP
We only meter water and it would be nice if the usage history on both the UB4 side and the customer side defaulted to water instead of sewer first.

Enter Meter Reads by Service Address
We are able to print meter books by service address, but are unable to manually enter the reads by service address. It only allows you to enter by reading sequence. It's pointless being able to print by service address if it's still going to be mixed up when entering. Adding a "Sort By" option would be helpful so we can enter reads whichever way we choose.

Show the 12 month customer average on the account.
Most all utilities have an average available on customer accounts and on customer bills. The average can help customers compare their previous usages and allow us to share the info quickly without running a report for an individual customer.

Easily Add Email Address to Account
When emailing a statement/receipt from the history tab of the ACP the email address populates if we have one saved for that customer. If not, the user has the option to type in the email address. Please consider adding a check box that would allow the user to save the email address to the account that they type in. See image attached.

Ability to Add Notes via Mobile Service Order

Implement functionality within Mobile Service Orders to allow users to enter Location Notes or Customer Notes during service order creation or update. These notes should then be automatically synced and displayed under the corresponding Customer/Location Notes section in UB4.

Payment Type Option On Posting
When finalizing payments, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to filter by payment type. Currently, all payments are managed together, but in practice, we deposit checks and cash separately at the bank.
If we could separate payments by type (e.g., cash vs. checks) and post them independently, it would streamline the process significantly. This would eliminate the extra steps of managing different batches and make reconciliation with bank deposits much more efficient.
Adding a payment type filter when posting would save time, reduce errors, and improve overall workflow.

on payment screen: would like CHECK to prefill instead of cash
9 times out of 10 I'm posting a check payment vs a cash payment. It would save time if CHECK would prefill instead of CASH. Since most of the payments are checks, each time it takes 2 extra clicks to change it to check. Or could you make it that you only have to do one click to change the payment method.

Printing Bills
When printing the bills in UB4, there should be a way to sort by zip code + customer name. There should also be a way that when it prints by zip code, that it prints with the lowest zip code first like it did in CBSW. The billing is printing in an opposite order than it used to and it is taking a lot longer to sort through the billing.

need someway to verify an e-bill didn't get kicked back for some reason
Mass e-bills are now being sent from a no-replay email. Now I have NO WAY to see if an e-bill got kicked back for some reason. In CBSW the e-bill were sent from our company's email and I got notification if one got kicked back. Plus I also could see all the e-bills that were sent in the sent file.
Please create some way to see this besides just a note in the Notes tab. I have a bunch a customers who said they didn't get the e-bill and I can't confirm. Right now I'm just going to have to…10 votes -
Transfers
When completing a property transfer with an account that has a prior balance, there should be an option to put the due date of the charges like in CBSW. This is causing our penalties to be out of balance and we are having to make adjustments to the accounts.

the WEB USER tab on the customer screen should change to a different color if the customer signed up for a web portal account.
by having it change color when someone signs up as a WEB USER this will make it jump out at you. It already changes color from black to green if someone signed up for autopay and it changes color for documents if a document was scanned in.

This was discussed in our quarterly meeting and in case you didn't know, there is a 'globe' at the top of the ACP that is displayed when users are signed up for the portal. Our plan is to deny this request because of the quick glance icons but we are leaving it out there to see if it gets some traction.

Meter status On or Off on main customer screen in bold
It would be really nice if the status of the meter either ON or OFF would show up bold or RED so it jumps out at you.
I have a couple of accts that the water mtr is shut off for various reasons but there is no where on the screen that it jumps out at you with out searching for the fine print towards the bottom. In CBSW it was in RED that the meter was shut off. This would make things a lot easier9 votesThank you for submitting your enhancement request.
