We need this to use on a regular basis. When a line is blown out and it only effects 5-10 customers and not the entire route of 300+ people.

Our current calling system litteraly takes more than 24 hours to reach all of one entire route. If we had this capabilty we could use this system to narrow down the affected customers and calls out to them quickly. We had a boil water advisory going out with our old system. We scheduled it starting at 3pm and it wasn't finished until after 3pm the next day. In the mean time we had a water line break in another area around 8 am the next day and we were unable to make calls to them due to our line being tied up for the previous call.
