  1. Actual vs Levelized

    I need a report that shows actual dollars (what would have been billed) vs levelized dollars (what was billed) for a date range. I can't find a way to determine this to report sales based on actual & the auditors would like to see it.

  2. Include miscellaneous charges in current charges total on statements.

    Miscellaneous charges assessed on an account since the last statement are itemized on the next statement but are included in the balance forward total. Can they be included in the current charges total instead?

  3. Allow searching for closed batches

    Currently once a batch is closed there is no way to find the exact batch number unless you happen to know of a payment that exists on that batch. It would be helpful to have a way to find the batch number without having to look at a specific payment. For example, when searching on the batch management screen, have an option that will allow the search criteria to display closed batches.

  4. Clean Excel Exports

    When you export a file from UMS it should not be merged or make it such a hassle to make it a usable spreadsheet. It gets tedious cleaning up every single export that is created. You should not have to unmerge and delete a million rows/columns.

    CUSI recommends utilizing the "Export" button on the report screen vs. saving the report to Excel.  

  5. Batch on Auto Pay Wizard: Recurring Credit Cards

    When using AutoPay Wizard, I was using the date of the 25th and today is the 23rd. I just wanted to see what the total would be on the credit card run. Instead of the Batch disappearing from the wizard when you choose debit/credit card it would be better to have an error message displayed that the batch date must be for the current date.

    This item was declined due to lack of votes.  The batch is still created, however, users are unable to see it because CUSI prevents (on purpose) any electronic payments to be dated on a day other than when the process is ran. 

  6. display current balance on Mobile Service Orders

    Utility workers are approached by customers out in the field that would like to know their current balance, especially around disconnect time. It would be helpful if they could see the balance due rather than have to say "call the office'

  8. Company Option > Hide Final Bills w/Zero Balance

    National User Conference 2022: Add a company option to hide final accounts/locations from the payment form. Scenario: one account attached to 86 locations, 20 locations previously final billed. When typing in this account number for payments, the final locations are pulled as well.

    After careful consideration, this item is being declined due to the fact that UMS purposely does not pull any financial information or balances on accounts during the 'Search' function because it would hinder performance drastically during the process.

  9. Sent Payment Notifications on Post

    National User Conference: Need the option to send payment notifications on posting and not entry. Issue: Notifications are sent when payment is entered. If the payment was modified prior to posting, the customer still has a receipt of the incorrect payment vs. the correct payment.

    After careful consideration, this request is being declined due to the fact that a customer making a payment for their bill would expect to be notified as soon as the utility company receives their payment. Using CWP for example, if the customer does not receive a notification after making a payment, they may get concerned that their payment didn't go through, and possibly attempt the payment again, thus causing more issues.

  10. Report - 'Excluding' Filter

    When running reports, we often choose to exclude certain user defined codes. In CBSW would then show on the print preview report as the UDC and a ! helping to outline the excluded codes. This ! no longer appears and it makes it hard to tell whether something has been excluded or included on a report.

    Would love if reports could show the ! for excluded filters.

    and choosing to exclude a user defined code for example, it doesn't show the ! symbol on the report.

    This item was declined due to lack of votes.  Stripe users currently have the payout reports within the customer web portal and we are working to incorporate the payout reports for Bluefin to be able to be accessed from the web portal as well.

  12. Plaid integration tweak (UI)

    Some of our users prefer to use the micro-deposit method of verifying the account when setting up an ACH.

    When they get to the dialog that has you select a bank, the option to 'Link With account numbers' is at the bottom of the screen. It requires the user to scroll down the screen to look for that option. Of course, at this point, they don't even know what they are looking for.

    If this was at the top of the dialog it would be easier to find and less frustrating for the user.

  13. For Service Request Manager, let it have enough fields of customer information to fill in the utilities customer service app

    It would be nice if the fields the customer is populating could be used to create a form which could be created to replicate the utilities customer service app. A way for the customer to "sign" and have the app forwarded/included with the information being populated would be great.

  14. Detailed deposit information in the customers transaction history reference field

    We have many owners whom have one main account number with multiple locations tied to the main account. Each location has it's own deposit. When looking at the main customer's history tab - transaction history, the reference field is blank. There needs to be a way when entering a deposit charge you can enter location information that would show in the transaction reference field.

    This request has been denied due to lack of interest and votes.  For the time being, users will need to utilize the reference field during the deposit payment to enter a location number (and check number) if desired.

  17. Deposit Register

    Is there a way to ADD to the sort in the deposit register CHARGE DATE, we need to know the oldest deposit on file and any that are older than a year and when you export it to excel, it wraps so no way to sort it that way either.

  19. Amount due for all accounts at a location

    When you enter a location number into the search field and it returns all the accounts that were at that location we would like to see and added column that has amount due so that we can see at a glance any outstanding balances.

    This request has been considered before.  In research of the request, the performance impact to UMS would cause a negative user experience.  Due to that, this request is currently being declined.

  20. Total counts on all reports

    Would like the total count to reflect on all report. Ex. Bill calculations, email statement notifications, ACH to name a few
