I cannot tell you how many times someone has been billed for or not billed because of a service that was there for a previous person at that location that no longer exists. Sometimes the customer gets billed or not billed months before the error is caught. The new people in our office often forget to not click that service.

Please vote on this request if you would like an option to not select any services by default during the move in process, thus requiring the desired services to be manually selected while moving in a customer.
