SMS Option For Contacts
Allow contacts to have an SMS option without signing up for the CWP. This way if an owner, emergency, etc. contact wants to be notified of a statement, high usage, etc. SMS, this would be an option available for them.

Thank you for your suggestion. This is already a feature within UMS. Contacts have their own individual 'Communication Preferences' (just like the account holder) where a user can select the checkbox next to the desired function. For sending statement notifications, you must select the 'Duplicate For Contacts' button. Other notices/communications are automatically sent to the account holder AND the contact(s), so there is no need for a 'Duplicate for Contacts' button when sending notices.
