Ability to Delete a Service from a Location
We would like to have the ability to DELETE a Service, when Service has been Abandoned and Meter has been Removed.

This request has been declined. There is some historical data preventing the deletion and the dependency error is intended behavior.

Error message: This information cannot be deleted because of dependency issues. Delete its dependents and try again. For this example, the customer paid for Gas Services and customer decided to cancel their request, so services were not ever active at the location. We have a Gas service with Fuel Adjust Rate and Outside of City Limits Rate. I'm able to delete the OCL-Outside City Limits Rate, but the other 2 rate codes, it does not allow us to do so.
