note attachment description
When adding a note attachment a description is required. Being able to save a short list of commonly used descriptions would be brilliant.

Thank you for your suggestion about adding a list of descriptions to the notes area.
At this time, we have decided not to incorporate this feature due to a lack of votes on this request.
