That's helpful, but I would like to be able to group a set of users together, such as by office to see the amounts they say they received. I can use the Batch Total report as is, but would be easier to say I want to see User A, B, and C in one report.

We already support this feature in Posting Totals, you can set your limit options to the Transaction Date option, it allows you to select Batch and User for reporting. Just be aware this will filter OUT any transactions not enter by the selected user.
