Would like to see the past due balance for all locations in one area. Right now we have to go to each location and add the amounts.
We have many customers with multiple locations and would like to see the past due balance for all locations in one tab, not have to go to each location and add them up.
The requested enhancement has been successfully completed.
To enable the new functionality:
- Navigate to Settings > Company > Company Options.
- Enable the following options:
- Show customer balance on control panel
- Show location balance on control panel
Once enabled, balances will be visible within the Message Center for quick reference.

Thank you for the suggestion. Until a feature is implemented in the Account Control Panel to view customer balances across all locations, I recommend using the Open Balance Report. By limiting the report to the specific customer number and leaving the location number blank, users can retrieve the balance across all associated locations.
