Add a search for Drivers License
We need to be able to search by customer Drivers License. Some customers are not comfortable giving their SSN, but we always have their DL. There needs to be a search for Drivers License number.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the ability to search by a customer’s Driver’s License number. This functionality is already available through our Legacy Search feature.
To enable Legacy Search:
- Visit https://cusits.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/43533059606676-UB4-Preferences.
- Turn on the Legacy Search option.
Once enabled, you’ll be able to search using Driver’s License numbers as requested.
