Viewing Past Due Balances for Accounts with Multiple Locations
We would like to see the past due balances total up somewhere. We have customers with many locations and to have to total them outside of the program just seems to not be very helpful and takes longer to post a payment. Trying to save time and work easier not harder.

Thank you for this suggestion. We're pleased to let you know that this enhancement has been completed. UB4 now displays a totaled past due balance across all locations for multi-location accounts on the payment screen, eliminating the need to manually calculate totals outside of the system.

If it were a custom feature that can be added and invoiced, we would consider that option.
