  1. when on the payment screen, need to be able to go directly to the customers account without having to search it again.

    Currently if you're on the payment screen for a particular account and for some reason if you need to go to their account screen there needs to be a button to click on to take you directly there. Right now there isn't. You have to search it which takes extra steps.

    Having an option to take you right to their account screen would be huge!!

  2. Add Business to Customer Contacts, and Location Contacts

    Contact Type should give you a drop down for Government, Business, Individual, Non Profit and Profit and generate Organization Name field. Some of our Location Contacts are business and right now we have to split the name and Customer Type should add Business as an option as well and generate Organization Name field.

  3. would like less clicks of tab button on the payment screen after entering check number

    After you enter the check number on the payment screen and hit TAB, it would be nice if it would go directly to the green PAY button to post the payment. Instead you have hit the tab button 4 times just to get to the green PAY button.
    Suggestion: What would be really nice is, after you enter the check number you can just hit the enter button on the key board and than it would take you to the green PAY button and you can hit the enter button again. For me that would make it a smoother flow.

  4. cash tendered

    When going to post your deposit for the day and you look at batch management it says cash tendered not cash accepted. I don't care how much cash was tendered I care what should be in my money draw.

  5. final bill date

    create a column on reports that includes customers with "final Status" that shows their final bill date. For example, when doing open balance reports, it would be easier to see it right on there rather than having to run another report or look at the account to see hold long the account has been closed and not paid.

  6. Interest, Misc, and Adjustments

    Would be nice if interest, miscellaneous, and adjustments that are posted the same day as charges should show prior to the charge to reflect a current balance.

  7. Expiration Date Disallow Payment Methods

    An expiration date is needed to disallow payment methods. There is no mass way to reset or mass clear disallowed payment methods. Many utilities want these to expire after 12 months.

  8. Web portal account- It should state if a customer is signed up for autopay.

    If a customer signed up for Autopay it should state that in their web portal account.
    I had a few customers who were unsure if they were set up for autopay and they logged into their web portal account to check but it doesn't state if the customer is signed up or not.

  10. Automatic Notes on Account

    Account notes are automatically generated any time a modification is made to the account: phone number change, last name change, billing address change. It would also be beneficial to have an automatic note if a notification has been given, such as any IVR/text notifications for delinquencies and shut offs.

  11. Billing Review Calculations: Add Export Option

    On the review calculations tab under billing, you should be able to export the calculations into a grid like you were able to do in CBSW. This was extremely helpful when trying to balance the billing and finding any errors. It took minutes to find any calculation errors versus having to print the billing edit list or review calculations page and going line by line.

  12. Add Expand All option on the Notes Tab

    The idea is to add an "Expand All" option on the notes tab within the utility billing system. This feature would allow users, such as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Billing Clerks, to view all the notes at once without having to click on each note individually. This can be particularly useful when they need to quickly access and review all the notes related to a customer's account.

  13. Adjustment wizard enhancement

    We would like the ability to make adjustments to multiple rates within one adjustment transaction. I may make an adjustment but adjust water, sewer, & tax all in one adjustment. Using the wizard would put those into 3 different transactions when it really could be solved in one transaction.

  14. Payment Type Option On Posting

    When finalizing payments, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to filter by payment type. Currently, all payments are managed together, but in practice, we deposit checks and cash separately at the bank.

    If we could separate payments by type (e.g., cash vs. checks) and post them independently, it would streamline the process significantly. This would eliminate the extra steps of managing different batches and make reconciliation with bank deposits much more efficient.

    Adding a payment type filter when posting would save time, reduce errors, and improve overall workflow.

  15. Payment screen-after posting a payment-cursor should automatically go the the OMNISEACH field.

    On the payment screen, when you click on the green pay button to submit a payment at the bottom right of the screen, it should then automatically put the cursor in the OmniSearch field so you can type the next account number.

  16. Show the 12 month customer average on the account.

    Most all utilities have an average available on customer accounts and on customer bills. The average can help customers compare their previous usages and allow us to share the info quickly without running a report for an individual customer.

  17. Easily Add Email Address to Account

    When emailing a statement/receipt from the history tab of the ACP the email address populates if we have one saved for that customer. If not, the user has the option to type in the email address. Please consider adding a check box that would allow the user to save the email address to the account that they type in. See image attached.

    on the report to print mailing labels I can code filter to get clients that are final billed, but I need a way to ONLY print labels for the ones that still have a balance due.

  19. seasonal FIXED billing

    There should be a way to modify a fixed rate in a customer account so that one customer has the ability to be billed seasonally for two different multipliers on the same fixed rates without affecting anyone else on those rates/ services. If seasonal billing was an option in the location utilities screen this would prevent us from having to remember to go in and change accounts twice a year manually, which is hard when there are MANY accounts that all have different seasons based on their business model OR going in and creating multiple rates/ services for each scenario.

  20. address type

    In the new customer window, it asks you to choose an address type. What it is really looking for is a MAILING ADDRESS. I would specify that first. Second, I would like to see home removed since the service address is the "home" in that case. I'd like to see Post Office, Landlord home, and business added.
