Hopefully this can be done. As more messages get added to show up on the message board of the location screen you won't be able to see the newest right away.

When on the note tab and you check the box off for the note to also show up in message center under the location or account tab. The NEWEST note needs to be at the top, not the oldest. IF it doesn't do that then after a few years you will have a lot of scrolling to due to fine the newest note and you may miss something very important.

We need more votes on this request. This was discussed in our quarterly meeting and in case you didn't know, there is a 'globe' at the top of the ACP that is displayed when users are signed up for the portal. Our plan is to deny this request because of the quick glance icons but we are leaving it out there to see if it gets some traction.

I like the "globe" but maybe the globe could be a different color. just a suggestion. I rarely ever even notice that globe. Maybe if it was a different color it would jump out at you for a quick glance.

This is not a concern anymore since I learned on the account screen, if I highlight the address and right click, it pops up to search google maps.

Also can you make the account number bold on the payment screen.
With your eyes having to go from the left side of the screen to the right side, that information will jump out at you if it is in BOLD print.Joan High

Also, Notes that show up in the Message Center need to be by date order with the newest note at the top.
This is really important especially once there are a lot more notes entered in.
