If you click on the payment and then at the bottom of the screen it says "Receipt ^", click that and then click Print Receipt. It has the time at the top.
And as for shut offs, if they aren't paid the day before, they get shut off and can't get turned back on until after lunch. Our guys go out in the morning to shut people off and then after lunch, go out and do reconnects.
