Please lengthen time or eliminate the timing out on Service Orders, they time out too quickly!
Often while working on Service Orders, they time out too quickly and we have to start over after having entered lots of information that then disappears. It is very frustrating as we are a small operation stretched thin not a lot of time to waste re-doing our work. Is there any way to significantly lengthen the time we can be in a service order before it times out or can we eliminate them timing out altogether? Thanks!
This has been completed and the time out setting is now set to 4 hours by default in Version 6.10.

Will CUSI consider this in a new release? If not, what is the cost to make this timeout customizable or significantly lengthen the time,
Galveston is not the only installation that would benefit from this.

We use Elements instead, but I feel this so much.
If the timeout feature can't be avoided - an autosave feature would resolve the issue as well. -

This creates a real issue in the field. Techs enter comments and before they can save, it times out............. It is not only frustrating but a very ineffective use of their time to have enter the same comment multiple times

This would be very useful for the guys in the field using the Service Order Application.

They time out too quickly. Many times we have to answer another caller and when we go back to complete the service order, it has timed out. It is Very frustrating!
