report type applies to export
When exporting a report, I would like to be able to apply the report type - Detailed or condensed to the CSV export without having to export the report from the preview screen which then includes data that needs a lot of clean up.

In addition, when exporting a file type, the corresponding program should open. If I export to a CSV notepad, notepad++, or Excel should correspondingly open the exported file. Exporting a PDF would open Adobe or IE or whichever reader is defaulted as primary.
