Reporting Shut Offs by assignment date?
Is it possible to generate a list of customers who’s Account status on the Customer tab on the Account Control Panel is defined as “Shut off.” Additionally, if this report can be generated, can it tell us when the status was changed? The “Date Status Assigned” appears to the right of the dropdown box pertaining to Account status but I was wondering if this could be reproduced in the report I’m looking for.

Since having the status of "shut-off" in the account status tab would prevent a customer from receiving a shut off notice, it is imperative that we be able to run a report of the accounts that have "Shut-off" as the status. That way we can run the report before processing delinquent notices to make sure those who have "shut-off" status are already off and it did not just get left on "shut off" status erroneously. Having the wrong status would prevent a customer who is delinquent from getting the shutoff notice and therefore preventing the owner from receiving a notice and would result in negligence on our part to notify of delinquency. This really needs to be rectified immediately.
