Unfortunately there is no option to notify users of every request that comes in. We encourage all customers to check the UserVoice forum regularly to stay informed.

Can we get notified when an idea is posted instead?

Once an enhancement request is submitted, it becomes visible to all users within the UMS UserVoice space. Any user who has access to the forum can search, review, and vote on ideas—including this one.

Follow up question - how do ohter users know it's out there?

Great question! The “Needs More Votes” status simply means that the enhancement you’re asking about has been reviewed, and while it’s a valuable idea, we need additional support from other utility companies before it can move forward in our development process.
Because enhancements often impact multiple organizations, we prioritize work that has broader industry demand. When more utilities vote for a specific request, it helps us justify the resources and scheduling needed to include it in a future release.
If this feature is important to you, please feel free to encourage colleagues or other utilities you collaborate with to add their support as well. Every vote helps us move the enhancement closer to implementation.
