Pop up box when you dont save while adding services
We send both monthly and bi-monthly bills. When starting service on a TEMP account, if you do not click save after adding "details" in the location tab, UMS allows you to add a service but when saved, the rate code is missing. When this happens it defaults to the monthly rate which does not bill correctly for a bi-monthly bill.
There needs to be some kind of pop-up box or something that does not allow you to add a service until the details in the location tab are saved.

Make IVR payments labeled as made through IVR system, not as Online Credit Card payments
IVR payments should be noted as being made through IVR system on customer's transaction history instead of labeled as online credit card payments made through guestpay so if there is an issue with a payment, you can differentiate how payment was made.

Customer Contact Wizard - Calls - Leave Voicemails
It would be beneficial for our customer base to have voicemails left of the recorded message template call when contacted through the customer contact wizard during an emergency. Without this, customers are screening calls and missing the messages, or calling us back and increasing our incoming call volume. Either way, they are getting delayed information since the system won't leave a voicemail currently.

Email notification on ALL payments made for accounts in shut off status.
Our system is set up to send us email notifications when a payment is made on an account in shut off status.
The system will ONLY generate an email if the payment takes the account out of shut off status.
We have a payment threshold set that any account over $100 will be shut off monthly. For example, If the balance is $150, and the customer pays $51, they will be removed from the shut off list this month, but they will still be in shutoff status because the payment did not satisfy the system requirement. Enhanced Portal Display/Reporting for Customer Service
The issue is that customers on the cutoff list are not paying the full $30 fee ($15 for disconnection and $15 for reconnection). The current portal does not clearly display this information, making it difficult for customer service to verify payments accurately.
When a customer pays only their past-due bill without including the required $30 fee, their service will not be reconnected, leading to their frustration. Our customer service team currently searches for these customers using a report that is limited and informs customers of the outstanding $30 fee, but this process is inefficient. Add Enrollment Date to DRAFT for Checking
Right now you can see the enrollment date when they set up auto pay with a credit card but it does not show the enrollment date they start auto draft from a checking account. This would be helpful to see this without pulling the file to see when they signed up for it.

Manual removal of shutoff status or allow for different threshold customization
We allow our customers to pay their past due bill to avoid shut off, rather than the entire account balance. Their account will show 'shutoff' unless they have a zero balance. This is contradictory to our policy and confusing to customers. I would also like to be able to customize the shutoff notice that is sent, like we can do with our email statements.

Add "Device Note" to service order task page
When crew is out in the field viewing work orders on a computer (iPad), and they pull up a work order, they are unable to see the "device note"/ meter location. It would be helpful if this was added to the viewing screen without having to select "print".

Payment Reminder Emails
The ability to send payment reminder emails in advance of the payment. For people on arrangements this notice would contain the due date and payment amount. For auto-pay accounts, this notice would contain the amount to be drafted, the date of the draft, and the last 4 of the account number to be drafted.

Ability to select default payment when batch has multiple payment types
It would be nice to set a default payment type when having a batch that allows multiple payment types. For example, everything is defaulted to cash when taking a payment when all types are allowed, however, the bulk of our workplace payments are by check so it would be nice to have it defaulted to a different option.

Provide option to add additional emails for a user
Currently only one email can be added to a user in Security Setup, but a CSR may have 2 emails; their individual email and the CSR group email. Having the option to add a second email to a user's Security Setup will allow payment notification to be sent to the second email, which could be their CSR group email.

meter report scheduled task
i have to export the meter list report in order to update another piece of software manually. i'd like to set up a scehduled task for it, but it is not an option. honestly, all of our regular reporting should be able to be set to be a scheduled task.

budget billing reconciliation automated report
I would like the budget billing reconciliation report to have an automated option where it sends it to my email as a pdf on the first of each month. Other reports are able to be handled by the scheduled task, I'd like this to be included.

expiration limitation on UDC
UDC code that can expire. example - no payment plans for a year, apply a no plans udc that expires in a calendar year. they we don't have to manually review reports to put accoutns on and off.

the default microsoft font is not accessible friendly. we should be able to select a font that is more accessible for visual imparement needs as well as for neurodivergents or any other accessibility need.

We would like past due balance to show up somewhere in ub4 for all locations, without running a report or going to each individual location and adding the balances together, we were able to see past due all locations in CBSW.

APPLYING AUTO PAY CHANGES TO ALL CUSTOMERS.
When updating the autopay for a customer if they have other autopays it wants to update all accounts, but doesn't show what accounts are setup currently. The only option is yes or no. Can you add another step to show what account #s are setup for the autopay and what current accounts are being drafted

Reminders/ tasks
make them have the ability to "pop out" like notes do when you open UB4. It could either be by individual task date (which would be GREAT!) or just the entire task note. This would help to remind us of important things that might need changed, reviewed, or checked on before billing for example.
