Automatic Notification for Landlord Reversion
Would love a way to send landlords a notification automatically when a location goes back into their name. Some landlords are set up for landlord reversion, so they want to know the date it happens before they get their first bill.

Bad debt maximum past due balance
When running the Bad Debt Process, we do not want accounts that have over $10 balance to calculate. It would be handy to be able to put in a Maximum Past Due Balance field similar to the minimum so we do not calculate for accounts that owe over $10.
We would like a field on the adjustment process screen as well to only take off credits under $10 or on the Open Balance Report let us enter an amount.

Please make the "Limit to" and the "Sort by" options available for all reports.

Mass Change of Rate Codes for Service Dialog
1) Don't reset the form each time a change is processed. The Service details section of this dialog resets with any change to the Limit details or Code filters sections. This isn't helpful when changing multiple rate codes.
2) Order the New rate code drop down list alphabetically by rate code to make it easier to locate the new rate code. With over 200 rate codes, it's challenging to find the one needed when the list isn't in any particular order.2 votes -
Email notification on ALL payments made for accounts in shut off status.
Our system is set up to send us email notifications when a payment is made on an account in shut off status.
The system will ONLY generate an email if the payment takes the account out of shut off status.
We have a payment threshold set that any account over $100 will be shut off monthly. For example, If the balance is $150, and the customer pays $51, they will be removed from the shut off list this month, but they will still be in shutoff status because the payment did not satisfy the system requirement. default card present to be unchecked
In payment screen, need an option to make the Card Present box unchecked as a default. We have to uncheck it every time we take a card payment

delete purge old customer data, history, re-use number
I would like the option and ability to select customers to remove/ delete after a period of inactivity that I choose such as 5 years, 10 years, etc. It would not affect Location notes, data, items specific to location, would not affect meter changes/ data but would delete that specific customer's financial history and make their customer number now available for use. - for customers that move away and never return, for instance; their data taking up space. My desire would be that this is a manual task I would elect to do every 5 years. It would be great…

merge customer
Would like to be able to merge duplicate customers, histories, etc. when a duplicate has been created by mistake and noticed too late - history involved.

Notifications when payments are made on lien accounts
UMS Users would like to receive notifications when payments are made on lien accounts; similar to when payments are made shutoff accounts.

Need ability to enter both customer name or account number by default to access customer account
Would like to have the ability to enter both customer name or account number by default to access customer account without having to use the pull down tab to enter by customer name.

Location No. search
Would you please add a column to the Location No. search selected from the Account Control Panel that shows final date for each result for that location that has a final status after "Utility Status" column so that we can readily see which final result is the most recent?

APPLYING AUTO PAY CHANGES TO ALL CUSTOMERS.
When updating the autopay for a customer if they have other autopays it wants to update all accounts, but doesn't show what accounts are setup currently. The only option is yes or no. Can you add another step to show what account #s are setup for the autopay and what current accounts are being drafted

Add payment to mobile application.
It would be very helpful to show if a members account is paid or not on the mobile application our field crews use. This would be efficient during the times the offices are closed, including weekends, when a member is locked out and they make a payment after hours. Currently, we cannot see the status of an account only their name, address, location number, and phone number(s).

View Communication Results for E-bills
After sending e-bills, a View Communication Results box pops up with an option to show all, show errors or don't show. If you click on either option, that UMS generated report disappears forever. It would be nice to be able to view errors if there are any and then view all accounts that bills were emailed to.

show service address when selecting "Back" drop down
In Account Control Panel show service address along with numbers shown when selecting "Back" drop down. Showing only location and customer numbers is not something we know by heart, so is not as helpful as looking for someone you looked up a few calls ago and want to check something again or enter information, notes about call, etc. Thank you so much - you all are awesome!

Create a .msi installer so it's easier for Intune Deployments.
Currently there is only a .exe installer. It would be nice to have a .msi installer so we could use it for things like Intune deployments. You can use .exe with Intune but .msi setups are much easier for that.

Backflow Test Result Control Panel
Would like the ability to import a spreadsheet to the backflow test result control panel. We receive numerous tests daily and would like to put them into a spreadsheet and upload it daily vs. entering every backflow test through the control panel.
