  1. Payment Reminder Emails

    The ability to send payment reminder emails in advance of the payment. For people on arrangements this notice would contain the due date and payment amount. For auto-pay accounts, this notice would contain the amount to be drafted, the date of the draft, and the last 4 of the account number to be drafted.

  2. APPLYING AUTO PAY CHANGES TO ALL CUSTOMERS.

    When updating the autopay for a customer if they have other autopays it wants to update all accounts, but doesn't show what accounts are setup currently. The only option is yes or no. Can you add another step to show what account #s are setup for the autopay and what current accounts are being drafted

  3. Not Having 'Make Final Billed Utilities Inactive' on 'Next Customer'

    During the move out process we are seeing that when we have a 'Next Customer' selected the 'Make Final Billed Utilities Inactive' box grayed out. This is causing issues when we have situations like if a customer has a returned payment we have to go back in and make the previous finaled account's services active again in order to process the returned payment. We would like an option to leave the 'Make final billed Utilities Inactive' unchecked despite having a 'Next Customer' or not

  4. show service address when selecting "Back" drop down

    In Account Control Panel show service address along with numbers shown when selecting "Back" drop down. Showing only location and customer numbers is not something we know by heart, so is not as helpful as looking for someone you looked up a few calls ago and want to check something again or enter information, notes about call, etc. Thank you so much - you all are awesome!

  5. Including an Unposted Payments Field when Billing

    When you calculate and assess late fee penalties, there is a field to click to include unposted payments. It would be helpful if that was also an option when calculating billing since the timing of posting can affect amount that is shown on a bill and make it confusing for customers and users.

  6. Replace Existing Contacts in Mass Add Documents, Notes, Contacts Addin

    We would like the ability to replace existing contacts in the Mass Add Contacts Addin. When we add a contact currently, it adds another one rather than replacing if one already exists. For example, if we had an agent but the agent needs to change, rather than replacing it with the new data, it adds a new one so each one needs to be deleted manually.

  7. Make IVR payments labeled as made through IVR system, not as Online Credit Card payments

    IVR payments should be noted as being made through IVR system on customer's transaction history instead of labeled as online credit card payments made through guestpay so if there is an issue with a payment, you can differentiate how payment was made.

  8. Automatic Notification for Landlord Reversion

    Would love a way to send landlords a notification automatically when a location goes back into their name. Some landlords are set up for landlord reversion, so they want to know the date it happens before they get their first bill.

  10. Bad debt maximum past due balance

    When running the Bad Debt Process, we do not want accounts that have over $10 balance to calculate. It would be handy to be able to put in a Maximum Past Due Balance field similar to the minimum so we do not calculate for accounts that owe over $10.

    We would like a field on the adjustment process screen as well to only take off credits under $10 or on the Open Balance Report let us enter an amount.

  11. Cities in search results

    The ability to view service address cities in the search results box would be amazing! Often times we're looking for an address that is more generic, and we have to click on multiple people and open their accounts to view the city and see if it is the correct account. A huge time saving improvement!

  13. Mass Change of Rate Codes for Service Dialog

    1) Don't reset the form each time a change is processed. The Service details section of this dialog resets with any change to the Limit details or Code filters sections. This isn't helpful when changing multiple rate codes.
    2) Order the New rate code drop down list alphabetically by rate code to make it easier to locate the new rate code. With over 200 rate codes, it's challenging to find the one needed when the list isn't in any particular order.

  15. Mass add UDC (User Defined Code) via CSV file

    Mass add UDC code via CSV file. Current mass add udc cannot be limited far enough.

    Example: I run a report and also want to limit out those same accounts for future follow-up. I can then use the created UDC to include/exclude those locations.

  16. Mass add UDC (User Defined Code) via CSV file

    Capability to mass add UDC via CSV file. Example: I run a report to send letters to customers about a payment plan offer. I can also then use that file to mass add a UDC for one of our payment plan options so our reports can include/exclude them based on our future follow-up needs.

    The current Mass UDC add is only by other limiters, which would not suffice.

  17. Email notification on ALL payments made for accounts in shut off status.

    Our system is set up to send us email notifications when a payment is made on an account in shut off status.
    The system will ONLY generate an email if the payment takes the account out of shut off status.
    We have a payment threshold set that any account over $100 will be shut off monthly. For example, If the balance is $150, and the customer pays $51, they will be removed from the shut off list this month, but they will still be in shutoff status because the payment did not satisfy the system requirement.
