   A copy of the billing statement needs to be attached to the e-bill like it was in CBSW so the customer can just click on it so it opens up. Now in UB4 it is not attached to the e-bill and it instructs a customer to go to their web portal to view statement. I have a bunch of people who requested the e-bill's but do not have a web portal account. They requested e-bills mainly because of issues with the mail. Now they are upset that the statement was not attached to the e-bill. They really do not want to create a web portal account, some of these people are older and that process is a little overwhelming for them. Hopefully this can be corrected before our next billing

   This request has been declined. Industry standard suggests that an email be sent with account balance and information, but not send a copy of the actual PDF bill.

2. Service ID #

   When posting a payment or even looking at a customer account it would be handy if their locations came up like they did in CBSW for customers who have multiple addresses attached to one account number. This way we can just type in their account number it will pull up their locations in one screen. When posting if the customer has multiple addresses you have to be sure have the service ID number, because you have to manually type that in before you go any further. In CBSW the locations would pop up and we could pick the location and move a long.

   Display customer phone number and email on the customer tab showing nothing if they are empty fields.

   With the New Lead and Copper Rules the EPA has put out, I think it would be beneficial to add a tab in the location panel. If we could have 3 columns with 3 rows for Year Location Installed, Material from Main to Meter, Material from Meter to Tap, Change Out Required, Lead Change Out Date, Image Attachment, Verification Method, Verified By, and Verification Date.

   If we could search/report on the year location installed, material from main to meter, material from meter to tap and change out required would be great. The year location installed would be great overall, just not for the lead and copper rule due to there not being a spot right now in this program where we can hold that date and remain constant.

   Not only would this be great for your current customers, but think of the sales pitch for people seriously contemplating changing billing programs. This could be the first billing program to help customers tackle this huge task of lead and copper.
