Customer address changes
When A customer changes their mailing address, it should effect all future billings only. Currently it compromised the integrity of our historical data and we don't want that to happen. Please make this change.
This work item was declined due to the existing workaround ability of viewing the audit tab for any address changes and obtaining address information as to where a statement was sent. This feature would be a major overhaul to UMS as to how bills and forms are processed within UMS. CUSI also recommends saving a PDF copy of your statements at the time of creation so this historical information would be accessible at any time.

Todd Smith, that option is unacceptable as we can not reproduce historical documentation. With this many votes, I believe many others agree.

Then, please add ARCHIVED bills and notices. We absolutely must have ACTUAL historical bills and notices so that we may produce them as needed.

The AUDIT tab must be added to the Control Panel through Setup. Navigate to Setup > Customize Account Control Panel and then move the Audit tab selection from Available to Assigned and save the changes. You will need to close any open Control Panel windows and reopen to see the new tab.

I am not the posting person of this request and it is likely right in front of me, but I do not see an AUDIT tab in UMS. However, I like the sounds of the audit report - sounds cool.
